We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in SEO, Social Media Marketing, Meta Ads, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions, especially for healthcare and service-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Perform keyword research (especially location-based keywords like “Hyderabad + service”)
- Optimize on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, content, internal linking)
- Execute off-page SEO strategies (backlinks, citations, local SEO)
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for multiple locations
- Track rankings, traffic, and performance using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console
Social Media Marketing
- Plan and execute content strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook & YouTube
- Create content calendars (reels, posts, stories)
- Work with designers & video editors for creative production
- Analyze engagement metrics and optimize content performance
- Build brand presence and audience engagement
Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads)
- Plan and execute campaigns on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Create high-converting ad copies and creatives
- Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, and ROI
- Perform A/B testing for ads and landing pages
- Manage budgets and reduce cost per lead (CPL)
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly reports
- Track KPIs: traffic, leads, conversions, ROAS
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads dashboard
- Provide actionable insights for growth
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SEO (on-page + off-page + local SEO)
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Knowledge of content marketing & social media trends
- Basic understanding of landing pages and conversion funnels
- Familiarity with tools:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Meta Ads Manager
- Keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest)
Good to Have
- Experience in healthcare or local business marketing
- Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing & CRM tools
