DESIGNATION: MAITENANCE EXECUTIVE
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities.
- Inspect machinery and building systems regularly to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, servicing, and maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and equipment service history.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities to minimize operational downtime.
- Prepare maintenance reports and recommend improvements to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and ensure its proper functioning.
