Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Monitoring
- Prepare and maintain baseline schedules, project timelines, and recovery plans.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track project performance, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
- Review and update project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of planned activities.
- Support project closure activities and maintain project documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, or project controls within construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and project execution processes.
- Proficiency in MS Project and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹23,126.58 - ₹48,000.00 per month
