Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology projects across Supply Chain, Logistics, eCommerce Integrations, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation, Merchandising, and Customer Experience domains.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully managing medium to large-scale technology projects, driving execution across multiple teams, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and delivering business outcomes. This role requires strong project management fundamentals combined with experience supporting AI-enabled solutions, intelligent automation initiatives, analytics platforms, and emerging technologies that improve operational efficiency and business decision-making.
The Senior Project Manager will partner closely with Business, Product, Technology, Architecture, Data, and Vendor teams to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining visibility into scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks.

Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple cross-functional projects across Supply Chain, Logistics, eCommerce Integrations, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation, Returns, and Merchandising domains.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Manage project scope, budget, forecasts, risks, issues, and resource requirements.
Establish clear project governance, escalation paths, and communication plans.
Produce meaningful status reports that clearly communicate project health, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Drive accountability across business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure timely delivery.
Manage projects supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), Inventory Management Systems (IMS), Distribution Center and Hub Rollouts, Transportation and Final Mile Initiatives, Returns Processing Solutions, Merchandising Systems, and Supply Chain Analytics Platforms.
Coordinate integrations between enterprise applications, cloud platforms, microservices, APIs, and third-party vendor solutions.
Manage dependencies between upstream and downstream systems to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
Manage delivery of AI-enabled business initiatives, intelligent automation projects, and analytics solutions.
Support implementation of Generative AI, AI-powered automation, predictive analytics, and workflow optimization initiatives.
Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve operational efficiency, reporting, project visibility, and business processes.
Partner with business and technical teams to define requirements, measure outcomes, and ensure successful adoption of AI-enabled capabilities.
Support AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices as applicable.
Perform project budgeting, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, and financial tracking.
Anticipate budget risks and proactively adjust forecasts.
Manage Statements of Work (SOWs), vendor engagements, and third-party delivery partners.
Hold vendors accountable for commitments, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
Utilize Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
Drive planning, backlog management, release coordination, testing readiness, and implementation activities.
Leverage Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and reporting tools to manage project execution and provide visibility.
Track project metrics, team velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery trends.
Qualifications
10+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
8+ years of Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, or eCommerce Integration technology experience.
Proven experience managing multiple medium to large-scale cross-functional technology projects.
Strong understanding of Warehouse Management, Order Management, Transportation Management, Inventory Management, and Merchandising systems.
Experience managing enterprise application integrations and complex system implementations.
Strong experience with project planning, forecasting, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Experience participating in or managing projects involving Generative AI, AI-powered automation, predictive analytics, machine learning solutions, or intelligent workflow automation.
Understanding of AI-enabled business solutions and automation opportunities within enterprise environments.
Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts and AI governance practices is preferred.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Rally, and Smartsheet.
Experience with Power BI, Snowflake, and Analytics Platforms.
Experience with APIs, Microservices, and Integration Architectures.
Experience with cloud-based enterprise applications.
Experience with data visualization and operational reporting tools.
