Key Responsibilities:
1. Experience in the electrical manufacturing or engineering sector handle sales process:
2. Lead generation, customer interactions, proposal preparation, negotiation, objection handling, and order closing.
3. Manage customer relationships, including government tenders / projects and domestic Indian clients.
4. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high responsiveness and effective communication.
5. Prepare and submit sales reports, quotations, and documentation using MS Office tools.
6. Coordinate with internal teams (production, projects , logistics, etc.) for smooth order execution.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales coordination or similar role
2. Strong exposure to government business handling and Indian customer management.
3. Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills.
4. Confident communicator (verbal and written) with a self-driven and proactive attitude.
5. Very responsive and customer-oriented mindset.
6. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for report generation and submission.
7. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
