Job Title: Front Office Executive cum Admin
Location: Gurgaon, sec 66
We are looking for a Front Office Executive cum Admin to manage the reception area and provide administrative support for the smooth functioning of daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, couriers, and visitor records.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain the reception area.
- Manage office stationery, pantry, and other administrative supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, maintenance, and office services.
- Handle travel bookings, courier dispatches, and administrative documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities and day-to-day office administration.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2years of experience in Front Office, Reception, or Administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance with a customer-focused attitude.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
