About the Role
Catalyst Education is looking for a creative and result-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to support and execute marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence, generate quality student leads, and increase admissions. The ideal candidate should have experience in both offline and digital marketing and be passionate about the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive student admissions.
- Coordinate digital marketing activities across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and website promotions.
- Organize seminars, workshops, education fairs, and promotional events.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate partners.
- Coordinate with the sales and academic counseling teams to improve lead conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports.
- Support content creation for social media, brochures, videos, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage branding initiatives and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in achieving monthly admission and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the EdTech or education industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and marketing tools.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
