Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Showroom Manager to manage daily jewellery showroom operations, achieve sales targets, control inventory, and lead the showroom team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom operations and staff.
- Achieve sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Manage jewellery stock, inventory, and stock requirements.
- Coordinate with Head Office for stock purchases and deliveries.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily closing.
- Maintain showroom display, discipline, and customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales and stock reports.
Requirements
- Jewellery showroom experience is mandatory.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Showroom/Store Manager.
- Strong sales, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Languages: Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Pay: ₹770,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
