Looking after Site Civil / finishing works.
Follow ups with contractors and their supervisors regarding site activities.
Ensuring quality in all works.
Ensuring timely completion of given and required tasks by contractors.
Ensuring proper work front for different activities and co-ordination between all the
contractors/departments.
Co-ordination with MEP team for electrical, plumbing, firefighting and other related works.
Preparing D.P. R’s.
Flat’s Inspection and getting the pending works/points clear.
Getting the snag points received from F.M Team cleared by respective contractors thus
Ensuring flat’s possession on time.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
