mTote Invest is building a next-generation investment advisory platform for global and NRI investors from GIFT City IFSC. We are seeking a Principal Officer cum Investment Adviser to lead our IFSCA Investment Adviser registration, regulatory compliance, and advisory operations. This is a leadership-track role offering direct founder interaction, ESOP participation, and the opportunity to help build a regulated financial institution from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IFSCA Investment Adviser registration and compliance activities.
- Manage SWIT portal filings, reporting, audits, and regulatory obligations.
- Establish KYC, AML, suitability, and risk profiling frameworks.
- Support advisory services for NRI and global investors.
- Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and platform partners.
- Build and scale operational and compliance processes.
- Assist in hiring and developing the GIFT City team.
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Banking, Business Management, Capital Markets, Law, or related field; OR
- CA, CFA, CMA, CS, CPA, FRM, or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years in financial services, capital markets, investment advisory, fintech, banking, asset management, or related sectors.
Preferred
- NISM Series X-A and X-B certifications.
