Key Responsibilities:
- Design professional book covers for print and digital publications.
- Perform book typesetting, page layout, and manuscript formatting using Adobe InDesign.
- Prepare print-ready files with proper bleed, margins, color profiles, and pre-press specifications.
- Design and format books, journals, brochures, magazines, newsletters, and other publication materials.
- Ensure consistency in typography, branding, layout, and visual identity across all publications.
- Coordinate with editors, authors, and content teams to implement revisions and finalize artwork.
- Source, edit, and optimize images, illustrations, and graphical elements for publication.
- Ensure quality control by reviewing layouts for formatting, grammar alignment, pagination, and print accuracy.
- Manage multiple publication projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards.
- Maintain organized archives of source files, templates, fonts, and final production files.
Primary Skills:
- Expert in Adobe InDesign (Mandatory), Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
- Strong knowledge of book typesetting and publication layout, Excellent typography and composition skills
- Book cover design expertise, Print production and pre-press knowledge
- PDF creation and print-ready file preparation, Attention to detail and quality assurance
- Time management and ability to handle multiple projects, Creative thinking with strong visual communication skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
