- Lead complete mechanical project execution activities for DRI plant expansion/new projects.
- Supervise erection, installation, commissioning, stabilization, and performance improvement of plant equipment.
- Ensure achievement of targeted production capacity within defined timelines.
- Drive improvements in plant availability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor project execution with strong focus on safety, quality, cost control, and schedule adherence.
- Implement best practices related to safety, 5S, preventive maintenance, and environmental compliance.
- Coordinate with consultants, OEMs, contractors, vendors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Review engineering drawings, layouts, technical specifications, BOQs, and commissioning plans.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, resources, and project materials.
- Lead shutdown planning, troubleshooting, equipment alignment, and commissioning support activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, energy optimization, and equipment performance enhancement.
- Support digitization initiatives, MIS reporting, and implementation of monitoring systems for project and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
- Prepare project progress reports, budgets, execution plans, and management presentations.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in DRI Plant project execution is mandatory.
- Strong exposure in erection, commissioning, production stabilization, and maintenance planning.
- Knowledge of safety systems, quality standards, 5S implementation, and process optimization.
- Strong leadership capability to manage site teams, contractors, and cross-functional coordination.
- Good understanding of project planning, shutdown management, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Exposure to digital monitoring/reporting systems will be preferred.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
