Skills/Qualifications:
- MA in music or equivalent diploma or certificate in music
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience teaching music
- Excellent command over Instruments
- Comfort with technology (using the internet/computers)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good classroom management capability
- Good presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to motivate others
- Good listening skills
Requirements:
- Teach Piano / Guitar / Keyboard to Primary and Middle Years students
- Conduct engaging, fun, and age-appropriate music sessions
- Introduce students to melody, rhythm, chords, musical expression, and performance skills
- Foster creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love for music in children
- Collaborate with the school administration and academy on curriculum planning, events, and performances
Responsibilities:
- Background in Music / Music Education
- Proficiency in Piano/keyboard/guitar.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to instruct in English
- Prior experience teaching young children preferred
- Good classroom management and interpersonal skills
- Maintain a cooperative, professional, and positive working relationship with the school administration and staff
- Enthusiastic, patient, nurturing, and creative personality
