Creative Director - Copy
Experience: 6-12 years
Location: Mumbai, Goregaon
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the copy and content function across integrated marketing, advertising, digital, and social media campaigns.
- Develop and drive creative concepts, campaign narratives, brand positioning, and communication strategies for clients across categories.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors (Art), Designers, Strategists, Media Teams, and Account Management teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Mentor, manage, and inspire a team of copywriters and creative professionals, ensuring high-quality creative output.
- Present campaign ideas, pitches, and creative strategies confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all communication aligns with brand tone, objectives, and business goals.
- Review, edit, and approve copy across advertising, social media, digital content, websites, films, scripts, and other communication channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, emerging platforms, and cultural insights to drive innovative thinking.
- Participate in new business pitches and contribute to agency growth through strong creative leadership.
- Maintain quality control and consistency across all creative deliverables.
Required Skills:
- Proven expertise in creating integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, film, and experiential platforms.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Copywriting/Creative Strategy within an Advertising Agency, Digital Agency.
