We are looking for a smart, confident, and proactive Client Service Executive to join our leading Digital Branding & Advertising agency in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have strong client servicing skills, experience in digital marketing, and the ability to manage corporate and FMCG brand accounts independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal creative, content, and digital marketing teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Understand client requirements and develop effective communication strategies.
- Handle corporate and FMCG brand accounts efficiently.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and campaign reports independently.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure client satisfaction.
- Support digital marketing and social media campaign planning and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
- Good understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, branding, and advertising.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
