*Performance Marketing Executive (Meta & Google Ads – D2C/Fashion)*
*Role Objective*
Drive revenue growth for D2C/fashion brands through high-performing paid campaigns on Meta and Google by optimizing performance metrics like ROAS and CAC.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Manage and operate *Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)* and *Google Ads* accounts
* Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns for conversions and revenue growth
* Monitor daily performance metrics such as *ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, and conversions*
* Scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining profitability
* Coordinate with the *creative team* for ad copies, creatives, and testing ideas
* Manage and deliver performance across *6–10 client accounts simultaneously*
* Identify new growth and scaling opportunities across platforms
* Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations
* Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights
*Skill Requirements*
* 2–4 years of hands-on experience in *performance marketing*
* Strong expertise in *Meta Ads (mandatory)*
* Working knowledge of *Google Ads (preferred)*
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
* Experience in *D2C and/or fashion brands* is highly preferred
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet performance targets
* Familiarity with tracking tools (Pixel, GA4, etc.) is a plus
*Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)*
* Improvement in *ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)*
* Efficient *scaling of ad spend*
* Consistent and stable performance across multiple accounts
* Reduction in *Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)*
* Mid-level, *execution-focused role*
* Candidate must be *hands-on with campaign management*

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
