Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chats. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution. Achieve quality and productivity targets.
Requirements: Graduate (Mandatory). Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support/Customer Service. Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
