Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, generating admissions, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and explain course offerings.
- Counsel students and parents regarding programs and career opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing.
Requirements
- Any Degree (Mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Sales, counseling, or EdTech experience is an added advantage.
