*Salary (In-Hand):* ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic *Footwear Designer* to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about footwear design and eager to build their careers in the footwear industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Create innovative footwear designs based on market trends and customer requirements.
* Prepare design sketches, concepts, and technical specifications.
* Assist in the development of samples and coordinate with the production team.
* Select suitable materials, colors, and components for footwear designs.
* Ensure designs meet quality, functionality, and cost requirements.
* Stay updated with the latest fashion and footwear trends.
* Work closely with merchandising and production teams to ensure timely product development.
Eligibility Criteria
* Diploma in Footwear Designing is mandatory.
* Candidates who have graduated from *CFTC* or *FDDI* will be given preference.
* Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
* Basic knowledge of footwear construction, materials, and design principles.
* Good creativity, communication, and teamwork skills.
