EaseToLearn is an enterprise academic platform built for CBSE schools (Classes IX–XII), helping institutions align with NEP 2020 and NCF 2023 while improving measurable student outcomes. As we continue expanding our presence across CBSE schools, we are looking for a highly driven, field-oriented Business Development Executive to build strong school partnerships and contribute directly to the company's revenue growth.
Role Overview
This is a field-first, target-driven sales role where you will be responsible for the complete sales cycle—from identifying prospective schools to successfully closing partnerships. You will engage with Principals, Trustees, School Management, and other decision-makers, coordinate product demonstrations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert opportunities into signed partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build a pipeline of prospective CBSE schools within the assigned territory.
- Conduct daily field visits to schools to generate new business opportunities.
- Connect with Principals, Trustees, Directors, and other institutional decision-makers through cold visits, calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with school management.
- Work closely with the internal demo team to ensure smooth product demonstrations.
- Own the complete post-demo sales process, including follow-ups, objection handling, commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, and MOU closure.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and partnership documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and deal stages in the company's CRM/School Tracker.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for meetings, demos, revenue generation, and school closures.
- Submit regular field activity reports and sales updates to the Founder's Office.
- Build long-term relationships with partner schools to generate renewals, referrals, and future business opportunities.
Sales Process
- Prospect and identify potential CBSE schools.
- Connect with key decision-makers and schedule meetings.
- Coordinate product demonstrations.
- Follow up with stakeholders and negotiate commercial terms.
- Close partnerships through signed MOUs.
- Handover successfully onboarded schools to the implementation team.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Prior experience working directly with CBSE schools, school management, Principals, Trustees, or institutional decision-makers is mandatory.
- Proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, or School Sales.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with daily field travel and cold outreach.
- Self-driven with the ability to independently manage sales targets and pipelines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up discipline and CRM management.
- Knowledge of the CBSE ecosystem, NEP 2020, or NCF 2023 will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: Up to ₹3,00,000 CTC per annum, depending on experience and performance during the interview process.
- Performance Incentives: Opportunity to earn up to an additional ₹2,00,000 through performance-based incentives, payable on a quarterly or half-yearly basis upon achieving predefined business and revenue targets.
- Travel allowance for official field visits.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
