Laser Cutting Operator – Fiber Laser & Sheet Metal

Job Responsibilities
Ø Operate Fiber Laser Cutting Machine for sheet metal cutting.
Ø Work on MS, SS and Aluminium sheets as per production requirements.
Ø Load and position sheet metal properly on the machine.
Ø Set basic cutting parameters according to material and thickness.
Ø Operate the machine safely and monitor the cutting process.
Ø Check the size, dimensions and cutting quality of finished components.
Ø Minimize material wastage during cutting.
Ø Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance of the machine.
Ø Report machine errors or cutting issues to the supervisor.
Ø Follow production schedules, safety guidelines and company SOPs.
Ø Coordinate with the production and fabrication team when required.
- Candidates with relevant practical experience may also be considered.
Experience :
Ø Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Fiber Laser Cutting and Sheet Metal work.
Ø Experience with MS, SS and Aluminium sheets will be preferred.
Skills Required
o Basic knowledge of Fiber Laser Cutting Machine operation.
o Basic understanding of sheet metal cutting.
o Ability to understand simple measurements and drawings.
o Knowledge of using basic measuring tools such as Vernier Caliper and Measuring Tape.
o Good work discipline and willingness to learn.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Salary will be based on experience and skill level.
Key Requirement
Minimum 1 year of practical experience in Fiber Laser Cutting & Sheet Metal work is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
