This is a senior IC role — GSR7 is the expected terminal level for most engineers, with further advancement requiring demonstrated impact at portfolio or organizational scope rather than tenure. You'll create novel solutions, lead technology selection and architecture for your team, drive engineering excellence, and act as a recognized frontend specialist while guiding full-stack technical decisions.
