DME/BE With Minimum 3 to 5 Years Experience in Engineering industry conventional machines and CNC machines.
- Supervise operators, machinists, programmers, and setup personnel on the shop floor.
- Train employees on machine operations, safety protocols, and advanced machining techniques.
- Evaluate performance, manage shifts, and address any personnel issues or conflicts.
