About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer (Production) who can handle both creative design work and production-related execution.
This is not a desk-only graphic designing role. The candidate will work closely with our in-house production team and gain practical experience in signage, branding, fabrication, printing, and production processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Create creative concepts and design layouts for signage and branding projects.
- Design graphics for signage, products, branding materials, and marketing requirements.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into effective designs.
- Prepare production-ready artwork and machine files.
- Coordinate with production workers, machine operators, fabrication teams, and installers.
- Ensure designs are technically suitable for production.
- Check final output and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Requirements
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Must be currently residing in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai.
- Must be comfortable travelling to Turbhe, Navi Mumbai every working day.
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good design sense and creative thinking.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Willingness to learn branding production and manufacturing processes.
- Comfortable working in an in-house production environment.
Salary & Benefits

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
