We are currently looking for motivated and confident Business Development Associates (Freshers) who can communicate with potential candidates, explain our services professionally, and help convert leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential candidates through calls, messages, and follow-ups.
- Perform cold calling to generate and qualify leads.
- Explain Edurech Technology services in a professional and clear manner.
- Understand candidate career goals and guide them about our services.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
- Schedule consultation calls with the recruitment team.
- Maintain records of calls, conversations, and leads.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with cold calling and interacting with new people daily.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage stress in a sales environment.
- Professional attitude while communicating with candidates.
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, CRM tools, etc.).
- Must be comfortable working in a night shift (US time zone).
