The Role
We are looking for versatile and engaging educators to join our Junior Wing (Grades 5-10). As a Tuition Teacher, you will be responsible for ensuring students not only achieve board mastery but also develop the "Conceptual Power" needed for future global competitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptual Instruction: Deliver lessons that go beyond rote learning to build a deep understanding of core NCERT subjects.
- "Learning by Doing": For Sub-Junior classes (5-7), lead explorative and exciting sessions that cultivate curiosity and mental stamina.
- Board Excellence: Conduct "Real-Life Mock Simulations" for Grades 8-10 to familiarize students with the latest CBSE/Board patterns and build their confidence for final exams.
- Integrated Preparation: Ensure competitive logic and board concepts work together to provide total subject mastery.
- Talent Search & Olympiad Support: Guide students toward prestigious exams such as NMTC, NSEJS, IJSO, and IOQM.
- Personality Development: Assist in grooming student confidence, public speaking, and leadership skills as part of our holistic curriculum.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Expertise: Strong command of any subject: English, Mathematics, Science, or Social Science for classes 5 to 10.
- Engaging Pedagogy: Ability to use "interesting manners" to maximize concept absorption.
- Modern Mindset: Comfortable working in a tech-forward environment that includes STEM Labs, AI, and Robotics.
