Job Summary
The Facilitator will be responsible for conducting Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM)
awareness sessions in schools and communities under the UJAAS program. The role involves
educating adolescent girls, boys, teachers, parents, and community stakeholders on menstrual
health, hygiene, puberty, gender sensitivity, and reproductive health through interactive, age-
appropriate, and culturally sensitive sessions.
The Facilitator will play a key role in creating a safe and supportive environment where
participants feel comfortable discussing menstruation and related topics, thereby helping
reduce stigma and improve menstrual health practices.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct MHM awareness sessions in schools and communities using approved
training materials.
Facilitate interactive sessions for students, teachers, parents, and community
members.
Coordinate with school authorities and local stakeholders to schedule and organize
sessions.
Maintain attendance, feedback, and activity reports.
Ensure timely submission of program documentation and field updates.
Support awareness campaigns, events, and other project activities.
Travel to assigned locations as per project requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Public Health, Sociology,
or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in training, community outreach, education, or social
development programs.
Freshers with strong communication and facilitation skills may also apply.

Basic MS Office knowledge and report writing skills.
