Job Title: Junior HR Recruiter
Location: Raipur
Key Responsibilities (KRA)-
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases, job postings, and recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and assist with onboarding.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements.
