Key Requirements:
✅ Strong functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
✅ Hands-on implementation and support experience in the SuccessFactors Compensation module
✅ Minimum:
1 End-to-End Implementation Project
1 Support Project
✅ MANDATORY - SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Certification
✅ Experience supporting Annual Compensation Cycles, including planning, configuration, testing, and enhancements
✅ Good understanding of compensation planning processes, budgets, and compensation guidelines
✅ Experience with compensation worksheets, eligibility rules, and compensation templates
✅ Good to have experience in Custom Compensation Statements
✅ Good understanding of other SAP SuccessFactors modules
✅ Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
✅ Ability to independently lead and drive the Compensation workstream
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementations and enhancements
Manage and support annual compensation planning cycles
Configure compensation templates, forms, eligibility rules, and workflows
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective compensation solutions
Collaborate with HR, business users, and technical teams
Support production issues, enhancements, and change requests
Review system configurations and recommend best practices
Ensure successful delivery of compensation-related initiatives
Drive stakeholder discussions and provide functional leadership
