Maintain and update beneficiary, activity, and program records.

Ensure proper organization and storage of digital records and data files.
2. Data Verification and Quality Assurance

Verify data received from field teams and identify discrepancies or missing information.

Conduct routine data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Coordinate with field staff to resolve data-related issues and corrections.
3. Excel-Based Data Management

Maintain program trackers, dashboards, and monitoring sheets using Microsoft Excel.

Utilize Excel functions, formulas, pivot tables, and data validation tools for effective data management.

Consolidate data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis.
4. Output Extraction and Reporting

Extract required reports and outputs from Goonjan and Excel databases.

Generate periodic program reports, summaries, and data dashboards.

Support management and program teams with data required for decision-making and donor reporting.
5. MIS Support

Assist program staff in the effective use of Goonjan MIS.

Monitor data submission timelines and follow up with teams for timely updates.
-
Support troubleshooting and system-related coordination when required.
6. Documentation and Compliance

Ensure confidentiality and security of program data.

Maintain proper documentation of data collection and reporting processes.

Support audits, reviews, and donor requirements related to data management.

Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with experience in data management or MIS.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
-
Experience using Goonjan or similar MIS platforms is desirable.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
