We are looking for a smart, confident, and responsible individual to manage our car detailing studio operations while driving customer engagement and sales.
Location:
Palava City, Dombivli East, Thane, Maharashtra
Work Timings:
Sunday to Saturday (Friday Off)
About the Role:
This is a key position in the studio where you will act as the first point of contact for customers and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role combines sales, customer service, administration, and operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries promptly
- Follow up with leads and convert them into studio visits
- Attend walk-in clients and explain services (PPF, ceramic coating, detailing, etc.)
- Manage end-to-end customer experience in the owner’s absence
- Handle social media queries and maintain a positive online presence
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain accurate records
- Manage staff, assign tasks, and ensure smooth studio operations
- Track inventory, maintain stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate with the owner
- Maintain proper documentation and administrative records
- Assist in planning promotions, campaigns, or studio events
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer handling, or operations
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Presentable, confident, and customer-friendly personality
- Ability to manage a team and take ownership of responsibilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and social media platforms
- Languages: English, Marathi & Hindi
Compensation:
Fixed salary + Attractive performance-based incentives up to Rs. 30000
