We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our real estate team in Lucknow. The role involves calling prospective customers, explaining project details, qualifying leads, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads provided by the company.
- Explain project details, pricing, and ongoing offers to interested prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential buyers.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handover.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is an advantage.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/CRM tools.
