What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered website projects.
- Manage and mentor a team of developers while driving productivity through AI.
- Build and deliver websites using WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Framer, and other modern platforms.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate design, development, testing, content creation, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with local and international clients to understand business requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Manage project timelines, quality standards, and successful project delivery.
- Implement automation and AI-first workflows that improve speed, consistency, and scalability.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and continuously improve delivery processes.

You should have practical experience using AI tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Cursor
- GitHub Copilot
- Claude
- Lovable
- Bolt
- v0
- Webflow AI
- Framer AI
- And other AI-powered website development platforms
You'll also be expected to:
- Build AI-assisted development workflows.
- Implement no-code/low-code solutions where appropriate.
- Reduce delivery timelines while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Train and mentor teams on AI-driven development best practices.
- Drive continuous innovation through automation and emerging AI technologies.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in website development and delivery.
- Strong expertise in WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Framer, or similar platforms.
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and Git.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools and workflows.
- Strong understanding of no-code and low-code website development.
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple website projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
