Role Overview:
We are seeking a mid-level Website Developer who will be responsible for revamping our existing website, improving performance, and ensuring a scalable, user-friendly, and conversion-focused web experience. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Laravel-based development with a keen eye for performance and SEO best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead the revamp and redevelopment of the company website
● Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Laravel and PHP
● Optimize website speed, performance, and overall user experience
● Integrate and manage REST APIs and third-party services
● Work with Blade templating and Eloquent ORM for backend efficiency
● Able to convert the given html design into Laravel blades
● Implement best practices for SEO and page speed optimization
● Collaborate with marketing and design teams remotely for UI/UX improvements
● Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and technical issues
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● 3–5 years of experience in web development
● Strong proficiency in Laravel, PHP, and MySQL
● Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX
● Hands-on experience with Blade Templating and Eloquent ORM
● Experience in REST API development and integration
● Experience in Performance Optimization and Page Speed Optimization
● Basic knowledge of SEO best practices
● Ability to write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience working on website revamps or redesign projects
● Familiarity with hosting environments, deployment, and version control (Git)
● Experience working with analytics tools like Google Analytics is a plus
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
