Job Summary:
The Nursing Superintendent will be responsible for the overall administration, supervision, coordination, and quality management of nursing services. The position ensures effective deployment of nursing personnel, quality patient care, nursing discipline, documentation, infection prevention, training, and compliance with applicable NMC, hospital, and statutory requirements.

Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing, as applicable.
- Registration: Valid registration with the Maharashtra Nursing Council.
- Experience: Relevant experience in nursing administration and supervision, preferably in a medical college teaching hospital.
- Skills: Leadership, team management, communication, clinical supervision, documentation and regulatory compliance.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
