Hiring Pre-Sales Specialist – AI Integration

Become the first voice introducing enterprises to AI-driven transformation. We're looking for a Pre-Sales Specialist who can quickly underst& customer challenges, communicate complex AI capabilities in simple terms, & convert conversations into qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct cold outreach via calls, email, & LinkedIn using compelling value-based pitches.
* Identify customer pain points related to AI, data integration, automation, & workflow inefficiencies.
* Lead discovery conversations & qualify prospects for the Sales team.
* Explain AI workflows, integrations, APIs, & data connectivity solutions in business-friendly language.
* Handle technical objections around security, implementation, & adoption.
* Collaborate with Sales & Solutions teams to ensure smooth handoffs & effective customer engagement.
* Capture customer insights, market feedback, & competitor intelligence.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, SDR, BDR, or Technical Sales roles, preferably in SaaS.
* Strong communication & discovery skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
* Understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, AI workflows, & data ecosystems.
* Comfortable with outbound prospecting & managing multiple conversations.
* Self-driven, resilient, & highly customer-focused.
Preferred
* Experience selling AI, SaaS, analytics, or integration-led solutions.
* Exposure to industries such as D2C, B2B, Manufacturing, or Pharma.
* Familiarity with CRM tools & sales processes.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
