We’re looking for a proactive and articulate Pre-Sales Associate who can turn customer curiosity into confident conversions. This is a 6-day working role where you’ll be the first touchpoint for travelers exploring Atlys, helping them understand our offerings, guiding them through their journey, and ensuring every interaction builds trust and excitement.
The Job

Engage with potential customers across channels (direct calls, chats, emails) to understand their travel needs and guide them toward the right Atlys solution.

Educate customers about visa processes, product features, and service benefits with clarity and empathy.

Nurture leads through follow-ups, ensuring smooth handoff to the operations or fulfillment teams post-conversion.

Analyze customer interactions and feedback to identify patterns, pain points, and opportunities to improve pre-sales conversion.

Collaborate closely with marketing, fulfillment, and product teams to align customer communication and enhance the overall experience.

Maintain accurate lead data and interaction details in CRM tools.
The Ideal Candidate

5+ years of total work experience in pre-sales, sales, or customer-facing roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you can turn complex information into easy, human conversations.

Prior experience in Banking or Hospitality is mandatory

Empathy-driven and solution-oriented mindset.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where every interaction counts.

Comfortable working six days a week, from Monday to Saturday
