Role Summary We are looking for a senior, driven, and presentable Sales Manager with a strong background in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end residential property sales, build client relationships, and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities Drive residential unit sales from lead generation through site visits to final closure Handle walk-in clients, broker leads, and digital inquiries professionally Conduct property presentations and site visits with a focus on customer experience Build and maintain relationships with buyers, brokers, and channel partners Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and share regular performance reports Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotional events Negotiate and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies Provide market intelligence on pricing trends, competition, and customer feedback Ensure smooth documentation and post-sales handover
Eligibility & Requirements Experience
- 3–4 years of proven real estate sales experience (residential preferred)
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience with channel partners and direct sales Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Punjabi
- Presentable and professional with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and ownership-oriented
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
- Knowledge of RERA regulations and real estate documentation Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
