1. Lead Reception, Qualification & CRM Management
- Receive and attend inbound leads from calls, walk-ins, digital platforms, references, and campaigns.
- Tag, categorize, and qualify leads based on budget, location preference, buying intent, and project suitability.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely lead allocation, follow-ups, and status tracking for effective conversion management.
2. Site Visit Conversion & Customer Engagement
- Coordinate and schedule site visits with prospective customers.
- Convince and guide customers by explaining project USP, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
- Ensure maximum conversion of inquiries into site visits through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain a high proactive engagement rate through professional interaction and relationship building.
3. Outbound Lead Generation & Call Management
- Generate leads through outbound calling, database mining, references, and campaign activities.
- Achieve assigned proactive call volume targets on a daily/weekly basis.
- Ensure high-quality customer interaction with proper communication etiquette and product knowledge.
- Track and improve proactive call quality and lead conversion effectiveness.
4. Broker Engagement, Cross-Selling & Brand Representation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and referral associates.
- Promote multiple company projects and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Represent the organization professionally during exhibitions, events, promotional activities, and client meetings.
- Enhance brand visibility and customer trust through positive brand representation.
5. Compliance, Process Adherence & Accountability
- Follow company SOPs, sales processes, and CRM compliance standards.
- Ensure proper documentation, customer data confidentiality, and reporting accuracy.
- Take ownership of assigned leads and ensure timely action on all customer interactions.
- Act as a responsible company ambassador by maintaining professionalism, discipline, and ethical conduct.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
