- Develop and implement marketing strategies for events and catering services.
- Drive sales growth through corporate, social, institutional, and outdoor catering segments.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
- Oversee branding, promotions, advertising, and digital marketing activities.
- Approve pricing strategies, proposals, contracts, and discounts in coordination with Management.
- Lead client acquisition, negotiations, and key account management.
- Coordinate with operations, F&B, and kitchen teams to ensure service deliverables meet client expectations.
- Monitor sales targets, revenue performance, and marketing ROI.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for Management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and vendors.
- Supervise sales pipeline, lead conversion, and event bookings.
- Represent the organization at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Ensure customer feedback is captured and improvement actions are implemented.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate marketing and sales staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
- Support new product launches, menu promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
- Education : MBA and Hotel Management
- Experience in food industry is mandatory
