Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Admin Executive to manage administrative operations,
coordinate student services, and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the institute.
This role is vital in maintaining operational efficiency, supporting students, assisting with
basic accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with institutional requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track building-wise fee collection.
- Oversee building arrangements, including Wi-Fi, classrooms, maintenance, and
cleanliness.
- Act as the first point of contact for student queries and provide timely updates.
- Maintain and update building-wise records, including fees, batches, student joining
dates, and course completion dates.
- Handle certification-related duties and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Coordinate and manage NACTET and NSDC requirements.
- Plan and coordinate institute events, workshops, and student activities.
- Manage and update CRM data, including student follow-ups and records.
- Handle student finance processes and documentation.
- Support mock tests and machine/lab-related activities.
- Assist the Accounts team with basic accounting tasks, including expense tracking, and
maintaining financial records using Tally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth administrative and operational
workflows.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Prior experience in administrative operations or student coordination is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage student-related issues with empathy and professionalism.
