We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic E-Commerce Executive to join our team.
Your daily work will include uploading products to our WordPress/WooCommerce website, updating product details, handling customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries, processing online orders, coordinating packaging and dispatch, and performing basic office and e-commerce tasks.
Freshers with basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Upload new products to the WordPress/WooCommerce website.
- Update product prices, stock, descriptions, and images.
- Process customer orders.
- Prepare products for packing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with courier partners.
- Answer customer phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Track shipments and provide order updates.
- Maintain Excel sheets and basic records.
- Handle day-to-day e-commerce operations.
- Perform other basic office tasks when required.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Basic computer knowledge
- Basic WordPress knowledge (Preferred)
- MS Excel or Google Sheets basics
- Good communication skills
- Hindi speaking is required
- Basic English reading and typing
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
