Key Responsibilities
- Schedule & Calendar Management: Manage the MD's daily agenda, schedule meetings (board, internal, external), and plan appointments.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact, filter communications (emails, calls, visitors), draft correspondence, and ensure timely information flow.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, gather background info, take minutes, record action items, and follow up.
- Document Preparation: Create, edit, and format reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate between the MD and internal teams, external partners, and clients.
- Project Support: Assist with special projects, research, and administrative tasks like vendor management or bill processing.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as an EA or in a similar high-level support role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Soft Skills: Discretion, proactivity, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure.
- Education: Bachelor's degree often preferred (Business Admin, related field).
