We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Bench Sales Recruiters to join our growing team. If you're passionate about US IT staffing, sales, and building strong client relationships, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Market and place bench consultants on C2C & W2 opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with implementation partners and vendors.
- Coordinate with recruiters, account managers, and consultants throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate rates and ensure timely submissions.
- Follow up with vendors and clients regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Maintain an updated database of consultants and client requirements.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly submission and placement targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment process.
- Knowledge of job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in the Night Shift (US EST/CST Hours).
