About the Role
Feetsquare Realtors is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact with customers over the phone while generating quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Graduates are preferred.
- Candidates residing within 15 km of Noida Sector 116 will be preferred.
- Own two-wheeler/vehicle is preferred.
- English language proficiency is not mandatory.
