We are looking for a dynamic and growth-driven Head of Sales to lead revenue generation for our Digital Marketing and IT Services division.
This role requires a strategic sales leader with proven experience in international and domestic business development, enterprise sales, team leadership, and revenue ownership. The ideal candidate should be capable of building scalable sales processes, driving high-value client acquisition, and leading business growth initiatives.
Location: Noida (Sector 62) – Work From Office
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the sales function for Digital Marketing and IT Services
- Drive revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Develop sales strategies for domestic and international markets
- Own the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
- Build relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion channels
- Collaborate with leadership on growth planning and revenue targets
- Optimize sales processes, reporting structures, and performance tracking
Eligibility Criteria
- 5+ years of experience in IT Services, Software, or Digital Marketing Sales
- Strong experience in enterprise sales and high-value deal closures
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and scaling sales functions
- Experience in team leadership and sales process management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to independently drive business growth initiatives
