Key Responsibilities
- Generate business leads independently through field activities, referrals, networking, and other sales channels.
- Achieve assigned individual sales and revenue targets on a monthly basis.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations for prospective customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable flats, plots, or real estate projects based on their needs and budget.
- Explain project features, pricing, amenities, legal documentation, and investment benefits to clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned business targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide support in lead generation, client handling, and deal closures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of bookings and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, customer interactions, and sales reports.
- Participate in promotional activities, marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and company events as required.
Requirements
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or a related sales role is preferred.
- Ability to build client relationships and close sales independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Prior experience in team handling and real estate sales will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
