- Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through ERP/software and regular stock reconciliation Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams Ensure timely availability of materials for production
- Monitor stock levels and raise material requisitions
- Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward material movement
- Organize the store following 5S and safety standards
- Conduct periodic physical inventory audits Lead and supervise store personnel to ensure smooth operations
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
- 4–5 years of experience in store or warehouse management within a manufacturing company
- Experience handling electrical, electronic, mechanical, or industrial products is preferred Working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to lead a team and coordinate across departments
