Accounts, Tender Management & Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records, bookkeeping, invoices, payments, and expense tracking.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain GST, TDS, and other compliance-related records and coordinate with the company’s CA.
- Monitor office expenses, budgets, and financial documentation.
- Manage tendering activities, including tracking opportunities, preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of proposals.
- Maintain records of tenders, contracts, project documents, and vendor agreements.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office requirements.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
- Assist with employee attendance, documentation, and payroll coordination.
- Support day-to-day office administration, scheduling, and general operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting, office administration, and/or tender management.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Tally.
