Job Title: Telecaller Executive
Department: Customer Support / Sales
Role Summary:
The Telecaller Executive is responsible for communicating with customers over phone calls, providing information about products or services, addressing customer queries, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain products, services, and offers to customers.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer support and issue resolution.
Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
